It's time for that triennial check up

Finally made it over to my PCP today for my 'annual' check up. It's been three years...or is it four. Woohoo! Yay for wellness. As residents it can be difficult to make these appointments, which is why I'm getting it done during this research block where I have more flexibility with my schedule. The clinic was super efficient and punctual which made me think...I have to do better in mine haha. Also found out that my doc was promoted to assistant Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency program here at our institution. Kudos to her! Kinda cool getting your yearly physical from a PD, but also oddly nerve-racking?
